While I made the cupcakes for Lochlyn's class treat to celebrate her birthday, I realized that the decorating would go much more smoothly without the help of the two girls. I put them to work with markers, paper, googly eyes, and glue. Lochlyn started out with a self-portrait.
Then, Daddy was next. Note the beard.
Next up, Mommy.
And finally, Kinsley.
Speaking of Kinsley, she got in on the portrait making too. I think. They have dubbed this one "Uncle Tim", although I am not sure why he has so many eyes.
The cupcakes turned out pretty well, I think.
And Lochlyn did decorate one of her own, with minimal help from me.
